Books will not be issued without the library card.

Books will be issued and returned every day.

Reference and fiction books are issued for a week.

If a book is subjected to any damage or if any pages are found torn or missing, the borrower will be held responsible and shall have to replace the book. The students are also advised to check the books before borrowing them and if they discover any sort of damage it should immediately be reported to the librarian.

If a book is lost the borrower shall have to replace it or pay a heavy fine. It is at the discretion of the Principal to take action against a student for misusing the library or breaking the rules.

A fine of Rs. 50 will be charged for over due books and the cards confiscated for one week

Books are issued to the borrower and should not be lent to anyone else.

All books should be returned before the beginning of each exam. Failure to do so will debar the student from appearing in the exam.

Students are expected to be at their bus stops at least five minutes prior to the arrival of The bus.

Buses will not wait for late comers.

Children should always stay away from the main road until the bus arrives.

No student should try to board the bus until it has made a complete stop.

They must occupy vacant seats immediately after boarding the bus.

The drivers are authorized to stop the buses at the designated stops only, unless Directed otherwise by the transport in charge/teacher in charge. The list of stops is prepared keeping in view the convenience of all; and is subject to change.

When the bus is in motion, students must not move around or lean out of the bus.

Students will be held responsible for any damage to the bus caused by their negligence or vandalism.

No student is allowed to eat or discard trash food inside or outside the bus.

Shrieking, shouting and unruly behavior is strictly prohibited as the driver’s attention can be distracted.

The teachers commuting by bus and the student bus monitors are responsible for maintaining the discipline in the buses. Any serious offence must be reported to the Senior Teachers / Head Teachers /Principal.

One calendar month’s notice will be required to discontinue the school transport facility failing which one month fee will be charged from the student.

The students using the school transport shall not be allowed to go with their parents unless permitted by the Principal before 15 minutes of the departure time of the bus.
